Language

The official language is English and Spanish with simultaneous translation.

Conference fee

The conference inscription fee is 200 € + 16% VAT = 232 €

The price includes the conference, coffe breaks, conference documentation, proceedings and visit to FIDER, bus transfer from/to hotel/conference and from/to gala dinner.

Change of attendee: no charge

Cancellation by 21st April 2009: 20 € administrative fee.
Cancellation after 21st April 2009: No refund.

Gala dinner

Conference Dinner on 20th May is not included and costs from 65 €. Accompanying persons are welcome.

Accompanying program

We offer a special program for accompanying partners on 20th and 21st May. The price is 200 € , including transport and lunch.

Travel & Accommodation

The reservations for travel & accomodation will be done by the official travel agency of the congress. Once we have receivd your payment, the travel agency will contact you by phone or email.

The speakers of the congress will be contected by the travel agency to specify the travel route and accomodation, which will be paid by the organization.
